Which Pet You Should Get Depending On How You Wake Up

Alarm clocks are overrated. They make the screeching sounds that always throw you into reality before you’re ready. Instead of using one, get a pet to wake you up. Make sure you get the right one for you — based on your sleep personality, of course.

A dog.
Man’s best friend will always have your back, and make sure they jump on it enough times to get your attention. No matter how comfortable you are. A dog is universal pick for all sleepers.

A bird.
A parakeet in your room. A pigeon outside your window. Either way, a real chirping is better than the virtual one you’re used to.

A hedgehog.
For the deep sleepers who need an extra pinch.

A turtle.
Perfect for those who aren’t really in a rush to get to work (or anywhere) on time.

A cat.
A great choice for over-sleepers. This furry friend won’t hesitate to bother you until you feed them.

A hamster.
Their endless energy (and the sound of their squeaky wheel) will give you the inspiration you need to make it out the door. Maybe.

A bearded dragon.
If you’re not a reptile person, they’ll scare you awake.
