8 Signs You’re Just Too Tired And Need A Nap Right Now

Even having the most comfortable mattress doesn’t always guarantee a great night’s sleep. There’s times when you’re up all night running through a presentation or waking up early to finish a report. But stop what you’re doing. If you made a single one of these mistakes today, it’s definitely time to call it a night and take a nap. Trust us:

1. There’s orange juice in your cereal. Amateur mistake.

2. The remote control is missing. And you’ve looked everywhere…except the freezer.

3. You used your keys to try and open the fridge. And close it. 

4. When you went to brush your teeth, you noticed it tasted weird. Like lotion? 

5. Halfway to work, you looked down and saw you still had on slippers. Oops.

6. You pulled up email to send a text. We’ve all been there. But if you use emails instead of texting, we can’t help you there.

7. After getting up on time, showering, and heading out the door, you realised it was Saturday.

8. You can’t remember the last time you took a nap. This is a red flag if ever we’ve seen one.
