While you were busy updating your closet for the changing weather and “spring cleaning,” we caught up on the latest sleep news. Everything you need to know to sleep soundly this weekend:

Wish you could sleep less but still have the same amount of energy? Apparently it’s possible. Follow this guide to train your body to only need 6 hours of sleep per night. You may need an extra coffee though. (The Metro)

BREAKING: Sleep loss is bad for the workplace. Not surprised? A lack of sleep (and coffee, we might add) can lead to arguments with your coworkers. A team of scientists from Holland found a link between sleep deprivation and lower levels of self control.  (BBC)
