How Casper Makes Friends With Customers

Through thick and thin sheets, good times and bedtimes, we’re here for Casper sleepers. We make friends with every customer and are there for them during day and night.

We keep in touch.
If you bought a mattress the month we launched, a Casper founder was likely the one scheduling your delivery. Neil, Casper’s cofounder and COO, still exchanges texts with one of our earliest supporters. Our customer experience team constantly checks in every now and then to see how you’re sleeping, send holiday cards, and get sleeping puppy photos in return. It’s a win, win.

We celebrate holidays together.
The week before Valentine’s Day, we sent gifts to everyone we sleep with. We asked our customers what their dream Valentine’s Day included. When they said a tropical beach vacation, we made it happen by sending them a sandbox. When they wanted a five course feast, we sent them dessert. 

We help everyone sleep in so many ways.
In the middle of the night when your other friends are already sleep, we’ll be there to tweet you a lullaby. Or you can text Insomnobot-3000 for late-night banter. If you want to stay in to get some extra sleep this weekend, you can use Late Night Snap Hacks to snap a fake party. You can stay in and snooze on a Friday night without looking like a loser.

We cure hangovers.
We all know work holiday parties can be draining and the morning after is a total headache. Since working from bed isn’t an option, we deliver hangover kits filled with coffee, breakfast, and Gatorade to help you get through the day.

We are one big family.
During Passover, members of our team hand delivered a bed from the NYC headquarters to a Rabbi. He offered to have them stay for dinner.
