Name: Ariel Levin

Role: Customer Experience Specialist

What I do: I’m on the front lines of Casper. As a CX Specialist, I am responsible for answering inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from our existing or soon-to-be customers. This means everything from vetting bed frames to triaging a Quality Assurance case. I also help with inquiries from our social media channels, monitor site reviews daily, and handle most gift initiatives. Taking data from the different channels and my daily findings, I channel that back into insights to inform our team and other parts of the company.

My favorite thing about Casper: The people. I really wouldn’t say it if it wasn’t true! Everyone who works here is clever and kind, and that makes any kind of workday all the better. That being said, it is also really great to work for a company that is universally relevant. People may come from different backgrounds and have different lifestyles… but everyone needs to sleep.
