Getting a good night’s sleep doesn’t always come easy, and it’s especially hard when you’re traveling. Make sure you start preparing long before you leave and keep the light just right. (WSJ)

The brain’s biological clock stimulates thirst in the hours before sleep, according to a study published in the journal Nature by McGill University researchers. (Science Daily)
