Your June Sleeposcope Tells All

How much do you really know about your sign? Sure, years ago you probably read that if you’re a Capricorn you should steer clear of Aries, and a Taurus could potentially be your soulmate. But did you ever consider how your sign affects your sleep?

Are you going to have a reoccurring dream about getting fired? Wake up next to an empty box of pizza? Will Mercury ruin all chances of finding a good night’s sleep this month?

If you’re feeling a bit sluggish lately, don’t blame the humid weather. It’s easy to get caught up in new summer festivities and convince yourself sleep comes secondary. You know what we would say: Kick that habit and get back in bed.

As much as you love the security of your own sheets, it’s time to gear it into summer mode and step out of your normal routine. Although we know you’ll make sure you stay on track with your normal sleep schedule, sleep isn’t everything. (Wait, did we just say that?) Try to take an impromptu bike ride or hit a farmer’s market during the day.

Try not to overthink your summer plans, and let the season flow naturally! You thrive in unpredictable situations, so let them come to you instead of looking high and low for every new adventure. Warm weather means chill vibes.

This is your month of giving back, Leo. We know how much you value helping others. Although getting out of bed early on a Saturday morning doesn’t sound ideal, it could be the only time you have to fit in some volunteering. Whether it’s serving breakfast at a local shelter or walking dogs, your help certainly won’t go unnoticed.

This is a big month for you, Virgo! Even with your quiet exterior, you are making waves in the workforce. Keep your eye out for big opportunities and exciting new projects. Get up early, make your breakfast to-go, and get cranking at work. We see it paying off in the near future.

Indulge your classy side with a bougie brunch. Invite friends from different circles. Tis the season of making new friends (to get invited to new beach houses), so why not start with brunch? Go somewhere you haven’t tried and make sure to keep the mimosas coming. You know what they say: You can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning.

Put your passion and intensity toward rewarding yourself this month. You work hard in the office, and now it’s time to start relaxing. Give yourself that extra 10 minutes of shuteye in the morning or indulge in something sweet before hitting the hay after a particularly productive day.

Finally, your time has come! You live for the summer months. Travel season is in its prime and we all know your passion lies in exploring the unknown. Plan accordingly and don’t let impulse drive decisions, even if it’s enticing. Strategize before you venture off so you at least have a place to sleep at night.

As hard as it is to not be in control, it may be time to let your partner choose the binge-worthy show before bed. We all love Kimmy Schmidt, but two seasons in one week is enough to drive anyone a little crazy. Compromise is key — you don’t want to get kicked out of the bed.

Those crazy dreams you’ve been having are a result of your out-of-the-box personality, don’t ignore them! Even if you wake up feeling confused, the dreams could contain signs that you’re missing. Try keeping a dream journal to help you remember everything your mind thinks of after dark.

Start this summer off with a new project to put your imaginative mind at ease: rearrange your bedroom. It’s been ages since you cleaned under your bed and those dust bunnies are just dying to be swept away.
